Bills are mailed monthly on the last business day of the month.
Payment is due by the 15th of the month. A 10% late fee will be added to any unpaid balance. Shut-off day is the 25th of the month.
All bills must be paid by 8:00am on the 25th to avoid service interruption.
A $50 reconnect fee will be added to each locked meter.
