The Ledbetter Water and Sewer District Board of Directors has the fundamental responsibility of providing oversight for the organization's fulfillment of its mission to the community. To this end, the Board sets directions for the agency, provides financial oversight, establishes policy and supports the agencys generations of adequate resources to carry out its mission.

The Board is covered by a comprehensive set of bylaws, which are reviewed annually by the Board of Directors for effective governance and compliance with relevant law.
